Week of Quarantine!

When Jack was diagnosed with Pertussis, we were advised to stay away from others. That meant no pool, no parks, no shopping, no restaurants. We had to think of our own fun. Jack was feeling relatively well aside from the coughing spells, so it wasn't like we were just going to sit home and watch TV! So, I came up with some things to do. We fed the geese at Silver Lake. (I guess we could have passed the germs on to the geese, but....) We also went to a secluded park with no children! And then Jay and I thought it was time to buy Jack his next bike. His first little Spiderman bike was getting pretty small for him.

One major highlight of the week was going on the big walking bridge! Jack got to ride his new bike and Luke and I walked with the stroller!
